Plastedil (Switzerland)

Plastedil S.A. (joint stock company) is a Swiss engineering and service company based in Chiasso, Switzerland. Plastedil is sole owner of the patented Plastbau technology and brand, and is specialized in the design, construction and sale of machines and complete turnkey plants for the manufacturing of Plastbau building elements made of EPS (expanded polystyrene). Plastedil’s products are extremely user-friendly and assure the best results as far as quality and cost- effectiveness are concerned.

Fanosa (Mexico) 

Fanosa is well known Mexican producer of expanded polystyrene products. Thanks to the strong heat insulation properties of the products, Fanosa quickly expanded throughout the country. Founded in 1968, Fanosa serves over 30% of the construction industry in Mexico with products such as insulation boards, concrete replacement blocks, and industrial parts. SYNTHEON is proud to partner with Fanosa in the production of Elemix. This partnership will allow Fanosa to produce Elemix and provide the product to many different construction opportunities located throughout Mexico.  

Sobotec (Canada) 

Sobotec’s innovative culture, success in the development of attachment systems and emphasis on efficient manufacturing quickly made it a leader in the design, fabrication and installation of Aluminum Composite Panel Systems (ACM). Today, the company is the single largest processor of ACM in North America, with an average annual production of 2,000,000 sq. ft. of various materials. 

Superior engineering and manufacturing techniques is Sobotec’s trademark and it continues to underscore the company’s commitment to innovation. These driving forces also helped the company develop systems for traditional plate and high pressure laminate panel systems.

IMETCO (USA)

SYNTHEON and IMETCO have a national sales agreement allowing IMETCO to offer the ACCEL-E wall framing and continuous insulating system, extending their line of building envelope solutions from the cladding to the stud. IMETCO is a leading manufacturer of high-performance metal products for the building envelope, including a full range of metal roofing, metal wall and metal edge systems. IMETCO products are tailored for each project and provide a wide variety of performance-assured design options. IMETCO, founded in 1994, is headquartered in Norcross, GA near Atlanta. 

Energy Envelope Engineered Solutions (E3S)

SYNTHEON and E3S have partnered to bring high performance building envelope solutions to Canada. With the increasing challenges of code requirements for continuous insulation on steel studs the SYNTHEON and E3S partnership brings the most effective and installation friendly solution through the ise of ACCEL-E Steel Thermal Efficient Panel wall system.

E3S offers a whole new concept in building evelope systems with sustainable solutions that are functional and cost effective. E3S has offices in Toronto, Edmonton, and Vancouver.

Metal Stud Crete

Metal Stud Crete is a structural, composite wall panel system combining regular hardrock concrete, approximately two inches thick on the exterior, and standard light gauge steel framing on the inside. Metal Stud Crete's patented structural, compisite shear connector bonds these two common elements to create an engineered, load-bearing wall designed to carry floor and roof loads, and to rapidly enclose the building.
