SYNTHEON® Inc. and IMETCO® Announce Sales Agreement
SYNTHEON® Inc. (SYNTHEON), the manufacturer of the ACCEL-E® Steel Thermal Efficient Panel wall system and IMETCO®, a leading manufacturer of high quality metal products for the building envelope, have reached a national sales agreement allowing IMETCO to offer the ACCEL-E® wall framing and insulating system, extending its line of building envelope solutions from the cladding to the stud.

SYNTHEON® Inc. Acquired by Headwaters AG
SYNTHEON® Inc. (SYNTHEON), the Pittsburgh manufacturer of the ACCEL-E® Steel Thermal Efficient Panel wall system and ELEMIX® concrete additive, has been acquired by Headwaters AG, LLC and other private investors from NOVA Chemicals for an undisclosed sum. The acquisition of all SYNTHEON shares became effective December 4, 2012.

In anticipation of the transformation and recovery of the construction industry, Headwaters AG, LLC (Headwaters) announces it has entered into definitive agreements for the acquisition of the global portfolio of businesses collectively known as SYNTHEON, from NOVA Chemicals, through various subsidiaries of Headwaters.
